Seven private spaces, ground floor to the fourth — from an intimate cellar tasting room to a two-hundred-guest reception across the whole second floor. Custom menus, dedicated service, the cellar at the door.

N° 01 · Ground Floor

Vintages

A long-table room with a constellation ceiling and a working wine library at one end.

Set on the ground floor, beneath a constellation of gold pinpoint lighting that holds the room. Bespoke art on either long wall, a wine library at the far end — built for the kind of evening that does not break into smaller conversations.

N° 02 · 2nd Floor

The Second Floor

The full floor — dining room, bar, lounge — taken privately for one evening.

Two hundred standing in reception, fifty seated for a formal dinner, a further hundred in the Bar & Lounge. The whole of the second floor, closed to the floor and kept on a single key.

N° 03 · 2nd Floor

The Commissioners Room

The carved-ceiling room, where the building’s old boards once met.

Built when the Toronto Harbour Commission ran its meetings two floors above the water, the room still carries the original woodwork. The ceiling alone is worth the dinner; what happens beneath it has been the kind of conversation a city’s commissioners used to have.

N° 04 · 3rd Floor

The Louis XIII Room

Harbour Sixty’s flagship private dining room.

Named for the rare spirit it has long poured, the Louis XIII Room is the room Toronto returns to when the evening has to matter. Green velvet, hand-set tapestry walls, a cluster chandelier suspended over a single long table — built for one party at a time, with a working wine library framing the far end.

Estelle

The third-floor room built for the larger evening.

Up to eighty seated, a full service bar at one end, sound and lighting tuned in, lush carpet under the table. The room for the milestone the calendar plans around — the launch, the gala, the wedding dinner of consequence.

The Cellar

A tasting room inside the actual cellar.

Low light, racks at every wall, a small table at the centre. Sommelier-led pairings drawn straight from the library — Bordeaux, Burgundy, Piedmont, Napa — with chef-curated canapés between pours.

Arianna

Top of the building, with the harbour as the backdrop.

Two private rooms on the fourth floor, kept non-adjacent for the kind of evening that requires not to be overheard. Both look onto the water — at sunset, the room and the city set themselves.
